My approach integrates attachment-based, trauma-informed, mindfulness, somatic, and emotionally focused therapies to support meaningful and lasting change.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, identity exploration, and burnout. Together, we create practical strategies for coping, communication, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

I also provide specialized support for individuals impacted by October 7th, helping clients process trauma, grief, fear, anxiety, loss, and ongoing emotional distress in a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space.

Workplace wellness services, including Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, facilitated discussions, and consultation, are also available.
